Except ST Discovery, which takes all steps backwards starting from season 3. I mean, it's called STD for a reason..

Go ahead, compare ratings from season to season. S1 and S2 are mainly 7.x to 8.x, season 3 starts off okay but ends up 6.x and S4 is lowest ranked one.
