Something that I realized about the fediverse is that you seem to be able to criticize the USA as a whole, but if you criticize the Democrats you get downvoted. Democrats suck they are not sacred cows (lemmy.ml)

Ok, well what trump did last time was ban Muslims from entering the country and formally recognise Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and move the American embassy there. So I'm not really sure what you expected from him this time.
