Seems it may have worked though:

Here is a quote to illustrate to other people how cold, how glib and how dismissive the attitude is for some over real people getting brutally killed. Donald, and this other Donald too apparently, don't give a fuck about any of that. Getting paid shakedown money is all he seems to care about. Fucking despicable.

Americans always used to root for the underdog. It's been such a deep part of our culture from the beginning, because we were once the underdog, taking on a huge empire that wanted to subjugate and plunder us.

Now Ukraine is the underdog. Palestine is the underdog.

The suits in Washington today don't care about any of that. Right or wrong don't matter any more, just profit by any means possible, including the wholesale slaughter of entire peoples. Fucking despicable is not strong enough to describe it. Makes me just about weep.

The suits in Washington today don’t care about any of that.

And they never have. This isn't new. So what are you going to do about it?

[–] T00l_shed@lemmy.world 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

What are YOU doing about it? Supporting the fascist and nazi who are making this happen is what.

[–] DonaldJMusk@lemmy.today -4 points 2 months ago (1 children)

I voted. And it's awesome. Who are the fascists and nazi's you are taking about? I don't see any major news orgs saying that

[–] T00l_shed@lemmy.world 2 points 2 months ago (1 children)

I'm happy you voted. The fascists and nazi in specific are trump and musk. It doesn't matter if the "major news orgs" don't talk about it they don't talk about a lot of stuff, doesn't make it any less real

[–] DonaldJMusk@lemmy.today -5 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Oh their not fascists or nazis, that's why AP News doesn't call them that.

[–] T00l_shed@lemmy.world 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Except they are, ap news saying it or not.

[–] DonaldJMusk@lemmy.today -5 points 2 months ago (1 children)

So if they are, then why isn't ap news saying it?

[–] T00l_shed@lemmy.world 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Ap news doesn't say a lot of stuff. What's you're point?

[–] SeanBrently@lemm.ee 0 points 2 months ago* (last edited 2 months ago) (1 children)

Oh well never mind then, I thought it was someone else.

[–] DonaldJMusk@lemmy.today -4 points 2 months ago (1 children)

I'm not universal monk. And I don't care how crappy Lemmy is to me, it means nothing. My life is awesome and Lemmy isn't the real world at all.

Which also explains why Lemmy was so shocked that Trump became president. Because most on here can't see past the echo-chamber.

If you all don't wise up, you'll lost next election too

[–] T00l_shed@lemmy.world 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Don't worry, the fascist is seeing to it that there won't be another election anyhow

[–] DonaldJMusk@lemmy.today -4 points 2 months ago (1 children)

So what are you going to do about it then?

[–] T00l_shed@lemmy.world 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Vote to keep the fascists out of my country
