For the auto industry, turning an $80000 truck to a $100000 would negatively impact our citizens and Mexico's as well as the US. Our tariffs are focused to give us as little pain and the US as much pain as possible.

I am totally for export tariffs, I think the oil we send them should have it (also should be at market value not whatever% off) and the electricity we sell them should as well. I personally would prolly go farther so good thing I am not in charge, I am an adult but I am also vindictive so not the best choice for a leader hehe. I like that some of our Premiers (even my shit gibbon of a Premier) have decided to pull US alcohol off our shelves, I'd guess that if they didn't those spaces would have the dustiest bottles in the whole store, many of us are no longer buying US products anyway.
