Lack of diversity in the oppressing class was the main societal problem from the neoliberal perspective, and they now solved it. British society is now perfect.
The oligarchs don't care about diversity enough to admit anyone except white men into their ranks, but they do pretend to care enough to admit some PoC and women into their pet politician class.
