How is past military spending related to Donald having been recruited by Russia in the 80's. Even his current wife is the daughter of a party operative. Being a member of the communist party back then wasn't like registering as a Democrat.
What do you think USA spend trillions on war on? If russia has operations to bribe politicians in the rest of the world expect USA to conduct the same operations and to have counter measures.
