Don't get me wrong, I supported and voted for the Democrats. But currently? They seem like a bunch of pussies letting the Republican party cuck them of our democratic nation because they're unwilling to be more ruthless. Uncivility and the breaking of precedent by the Republicans, should be met and pursued by with absolute cold efficiency and opportunism by the current Democratic party, in order to protect us, their constituents. They aren't doing that though, and seem to even be capitulating and bending the knee to Republicans.

If there were like 87 Al Greens yelling during the SOTU address, getting thrown out, yelling things that everyone cares about like “you’re crashing the fucking economy you moron,” then maybe the dems would have earned a little respect. But no, they brought cute polite ping pong protest paddles.

Let's be clear here: they were like that before we voted for them, too. But we held our noses and did it anyway, because -- unlike the "genocide Joe" concern trolls -- we both understood what was at stake and weren't covertly supporting it.

That is a major accusation, you think I covertly support a genocide?

What the fuck are you smoking?

Why the hell would I want mass amounts of innocent people to get slaughtered?

Provide evidence of your accusation or stop making it immediately and indefinitely until you find actual evidence. I consider someone casually representing my position or others with similar views as being pro-genocide as a serious, reportable behavior on lemmy. Especially since it has become a pattern.

I do not condone genocide, of anybody, period.

If you weren't telling people not to vote for Harris, I wasn't talking about you.

Otherwise, if you were telling people to vote third-party or not at all even though you damn well knew it would result in Trump, then yeah, you supported genocide! You refused to minimize harm and that makes you guilty, end of. Go fucking report yourself instead of getting butthurt at me for confronting you with the truth of your evil.
