A few common issues:
"I'm not seeing all the content"
Lemmy allows you to filter out content based on the language, but some new users will set this incorrectly in their settings. Please see this post for help. You can also post in either this community, or !languagesettings@lemmy.zip to ask for more help.
"I want to block posts with certain words"
It is possible to use uBlock Origin to do this in the web browser. See this post for detailed instructions.

hi OP! I love that you wrote these instructions, they are going to help a lot of new users!
however, a significant number of people, including artists such as myself, wouldn't feel comfortable about the use of AI art on this post :(
I'd be willing to replace this same image with original art for free if you'd like! as a small way to contribute to this community. would you be insterested in that? maybe my original take on the image you used for this post or something else that you prefer.

I would love that, thank you so much for offering! I've always seen AI as a placeholder at most, and I'm hoping over time people will replace the images everywhere that I've used them.
