Reparations will not lead to the systematic change needed to bring everyone to parity long term.
In a roundabout way it would, because it's not happening unless there's a revolution. So if there are reparations, you're already taking about conditions in which the system is being changed.
Yes we need communism, we don't have to pick one or the other
