Seems we are on the same page too.

I do have a hard time finding good indie games though (strategy, turn based, maybe rpg), I don't care that much for polish (as in a polished game) but the depth has to be there or it's just fluff IMO. Old game dev ranting ๐Ÿ˜…

Best ones last decade include like Hoplite and FTL but they sure are scarce.
