There are examples of almost everything. There are even examples of humans pouring gas on humans and setting them on fire. That does not mean that it's normal for our species or that there is a system behind it.

No. In Germany, you can be called antisemitic for criticizing Israel. They introduced a new category of "antisemitism" where you can be deemed antisemitic while actually not being racist against jews, but rather by questioning the zionist project.
