Didjya eva see them signs on tha highway billboards years ago, "I'd walk a mile for a camel" or used to have cigarette commercials the guy uses to say "I'd walk a mile for a camel?"
sorry for Reddit moment but I came here for this. That video makes me so goddamn happy every time. Only select people can relate with this level of excitement over a pharmaceutical
I have never heard someone as excited as that man about a recreational drug before. That man could have legalized any drug he wanted if given a national platform. Sadly, I've heard he's passed so the dream of having the kid from brooklyn run on the platform of legalizing quaaludes will never happen.
~~Also, his name was apparently Michael Caracciolo, and he has a hell of a IMDb page as a camera operator. Not sure if it's the same Michael Caracciolo though.~~
Edit: doesn't look like it's the same Caracciolo, however, this interview does show him as having amazing foresight. (Use Firefox's reader mode to bypass the login wall)
I have. You have to have known or be around real drug addicts lol. I say that with zero judgement or negative connotation. But I’ve only ever seen real addicts get this way with their favorite drug. Especially if they’ve been away from it.
I read the whole article, thanks for sharing. Seemed like a really cool guy, definitely a loss for the world.
