If you need a bit of substitute parenting try !dadforaminute@lemmy.world I've found them great for moments when you need a parent but don't have one to go to. They're really lgbt inclusive ๐Ÿ˜Š

Not a single supportive family member, except for one sibling :(. Everyone else are full on maga types.
