hu ? when we say something literally we call it first degree so I make the bridge to first degree murder. Now I'm obviously not a policeman I'm not a judge I'm not making a trial on this and I'm just writing a stupid comment on the internet : what's the problem ?

I'm pretty sure it's "depraved heart murder" i.e. either second or third degree murder. They don't care if they kill people, but it's not like their goal is to kill people.
