Oh I see. So posts from Pixelfed which were never intended for the threadiverse can make their way to the threadiverse in that way.

Posts from Pixelfed that the Pixelfed user specifically wanted to send to a Lemmy Community can still go there, if they're @ mentioned, then.

Yes, that's the idea! Realistically, most of the Pixelfed users would not post a random Lemmy community, so relying on hashtags is probably better
