Flood Watch 2025

"Governor" was capitalized in the subtitles, so I think we've got a name, along with a pretty solid indication that she's a Time Lord.

Probably no connection (any more than the recurring spoons are), but back in "Church on Ruby Road" Mrs Flood told the Doctor "You look like you've lost a pound and found a sixpence," and in this episode the Doctor finds 50p. Which he immediately gives to Conrad, so that was money well spent /s
