This is a little old, but only just heard of this term of "low-conscientiousness conservatives" from YouTuber Leeja Miller.

"In newly published research, we found that it’s not conservatives in general who tend to promote false information, but rather a smaller subset of them who also share two psychological traits: low levels of conscientiousness and an appetite for chaos."

I appreciate them attempting to be scientific in a very messy space. But polling and surveys are notoriously unreliable for quite a few years now. There's many reasons for this, but one is pretty simple: people lie. Everyone is trying to play shitty little manipulation games on each other. It's a post-truth world, unfortunately.

You'd be surprised about how accurate scientific surveys are. The worst surveys are only 10% points off from real world data lol.

Unless you're gaming the survey like magazines do, real world studies aren't off by much.
