why the fuck would someone draw a gun on someone?
Powertripping. The guy is clearly an asshole used to using his gun to get his way. After all, lalaban ka ba pag may naglabas ng baril? Pulis pa siya, sanay na yan pumatay.
I too was thinking,what a skilled artist,being able to create a gun on a moving cyclist.
For a us gun person, not drawing it would be a waste of a perfectly good gun.
At least I suppose that's how those people think.
