the actual answer is that the curls are brushed which is essentially a minor thing that make some people feel like they're better than others, hence why the unbrushed version is the version that the guy would cheat on (worse) and the main girl is "better"
the different ideas in the comments are KILLING me though. I think the 'tight curls = tight grip on dick' theory is the funniest one
I'm pretty sure the actual answer is that they're virtually the same hairstyle. Cheaters gonna cheat.
I got the idea that the woman on the left took a little more care in her personal appearance and the one on the right was a little more trashy, which made this song pop in my head.
