I find niche interest infodumps cute, not aggressive. Regardless of whether I have any interest in the niche or not.

Oh absolutely ๐Ÿ’œ if they're passionate about a subject I can listen to someone talk about practically Anything! Enthusiasm is infectious in the best possible ways... I wish I had more opportunities to encourage people to let loose about the stuff they love.
