i miss when Al generated content was bad. when the standard was like "i asked Al to show me a picture of a dog” and the result is just some furry flesh amalgam with 3 paws and a mis-centered face. when people asked Al to write it scripts for tv shows and it gave nonsequeter nonsense. genuinely got more value out of that because at least it was funny.

i dont want a realistic Al girlfriend trained on human conversations i want Als like cleverbot that gets stuck in a logic loop and insists my name is steve for no reason. i miss her.
