Neoliberal and neocon

What is the difference?

Neocons want to murder poor people and steal their natural resources.

Neoliberals want some of the murderers to be women

I think neoliberals are more like "We should do this war to help companies make bigger profits" and neocons are more like "We should do this war because i like the smell of flesh when it burns."
