He clearly would, so there's something else going on here. My guess is they're scared to lose the support Trump has as a cult leader.

Definitely. The only way they get Vance is killing Trump. Likely it's not worth the risk to that right now.

Yeah. We need to throw out the constitution and start over imo. The Supreme Court being weaponized by the far right has basically made this government unsalvageable. Not that that will happen

Other countries have rewritten their constitutional documents to modernize them. Can’t do that here, because it’s sacred. Sigh.
