For all parking disasters, not just simple bad parking (for that see yplac.co.uk).
Also includes "you can't park there, sir" for the police equivalent.
Rules:
- No deaths or serious injuries because who would be around to get told they couldn't park there?

I think that's actually the robotaxi "logo". I've seen other promo pictures that say robotaxi on the front door
Elon actually can't avoid making the absolute most cringe choice with anything, can he.
It might be a feature to keep the car from being vandalized. Someone sees the car parked in an intersection and thinks “someone should scratch a penis into that a**hole’s car for parking there, oh looks like someone did already! Noize!” And there! Asset protected (until it drives itself into the wall while on FSD).
