Oh yes, look at the falling birth rates in countries with prosperity... Then compare that with other places in the world... then don't forget that in other parts of the world many die as babies or children and yet there are constant or rising rates.

I'm not saying that educated people are dying out or that education is dying out. However, there will always be more stupid people. Especially as the prosperity of the educated is built on the stupid.
