Edit: Title used to be me asking what set it was. Legitimately didn't think it was the Battle Bridge because of how incredibly low budget it looked in comparison to the battle bridge I remembered from Farpoint. It is indeed Battle Bridge from Best of Both Worlds Part 2 as others pointed out.

The Battle Bridge was originally considered a standing set. It was actually a modification of the 1701 bridge set from the first four movies. However, once the producers decided it was too expensive to shoot saucer separations on a regular basis, it got frequently redressed for other things, including the court room in “Measure of a Man” and the Enterprise C bridge in “Yesterday’s Enterprise.” By the time they were shooting “Best of Both Worlds, Part II,” they had to do work to restore it.

I actually like the monitors in the background. I do question their utility, with all the crew members facing forward, and the fact that they’re at floor level for anyone standing back there, but…
