(Unsure if I’m doing it wrong, but I seem to only be able to upload one image. See below for more).

I’m less than one week away from my anniversary with this tank. One whole year, and a whole lot of changes.

Sometimes I miss how fresh and clean it looked in the early-mid stages, especially when the Limnophilia Aromatica was bushy. But I love how it looks now, so colorful and a bit messy.

For any first starting their tank and getting buyers-remorse if it looks odd or ugly to start, just remember that it’s gonna grow and change!

Absolutely beautiful scape, thank you for sharing it with us!

It felt like it transitioned over time from something iwagumi adjacent to something Dutch adjacent, and was beautiful at every step along the way

What is it stocked with? All I can really see is the shrimp

Thank you :) originally I had Caridina Pure Red Line shrimp, but unfortunately they suffered because I couldn’t keep parameters nice for them (I believe the bags of pea gravel are leeching minerals) so there are only 2 or so left. So I got some Neocaridina Red Cherry shrimp and they are thriving, there’s like 30 now. I also have 12 Pygmy Cory’s

Aw, I'm sorry to hear about the caridinas, but cherry shrimp and pygmy cories sounds like an absolutely lovely tank, corydoras are such cuties 😊
