I'm guessing either some kind of post dental procedure application (bandage?), a nicotine pouch of some kind, or left over toilet paper from rimming the old orange asshole out.

reminds me of the farmers I knew growing up.

although they weren't dumb, I wouldn't want the same people treating their colds with veterinary antibiotics running my government agency for health and wellness.
