I map it as lit if there is a decent amount of light even if the source of the light isn't for or that close to the bus stop. I believe StreetComplete says to tag lit regardless of a dedicated bus stop light.
The point is to convey to users if the bus stop will be dark or not, who cares if they added the lamp post exclusively for the bus stop.
I however wouldn't tag bench or bin or shelter if it's not clearly within the bus stop area. Having a bench ten meters from the stop because there is a park next to it doesn't work for me.
