SCOTUS does not work for Trump and has ruled against him a few times. They're conservative, not partisan. Well, Thomas is whatever you want if you got cash money.
In fact, they were making so many "woke" rulings I started tracking those for giggles. That's not all, only what I could screen shot. Also, I quit collecting over a year ago.
