My PC freezes up quite often while using Discord, it reacts to nothing except force shutdown :( Otherwise it's been running great since I started using Mint last year.

Not any desktop clients. I've been using the web client. Thanks for the idea!

There is a flatpak version if you dont want to get your whole system infested by discord malware :D

Even better there are completely third party open source clients: https://github.com/Discord-Client-Encyclopedia-Management/Discord3rdparties?tab=readme-ov-file#third-party-reimplementations

I dont actually use discord, so i cant really make any recommendations...
