The video is focused on learning about some of the engineering aspects that go into fans, including educational material specifically focused on the angle at which blades twist to meet the air.

The people who makes fans for The fan showdown on youtube should propably check this out. I am not an engineer of that sort and I dont have any reason to care, but I consistently watch all the fan showdown videos immediately after they drop for some reason.
