It wouldn’t surprise me if it’s in part due to the quotas that Trump denies exist, but various news outlets have reported on. They’ve all said Trump is demanding 3000 arrests by ICE every day. That’s over a million a year, and there’s no realistic way to achieve that sort of goal short of sitting outside the international arrivals terminal of an airport and randomly grabbing some of them…
