I also hate police officers but I don’t shoot every one on sight. The dude is running for office, he’s going to be nice. If he wants wild change, he’ll probably go about it slowly and inefficiently since everyone but him will push back.

Yeah. This also feels like a progressive variant of the "I have a token black friend so I cannot possibly be racist" argument. This photo doesn't say anything about his opinions on the police.
