I've only recently taught myself to just say "fine" and move on at 31. There was a point where, if anyone asked me this question, I'd freeze up like it's the worst thing they could've said.

I’ve been doing that lately too, especially at the end of the day, when my social engagement tank is running on empty. I’m 46.
