Shadowing is designed to address exactly this:

It isn't something that I can personally recommend as I've always struggled with it, but there are plenty of people who swear by it.
I really like "chorus mimicking" which is similar, but is about repeating the same sentence at the same time as a native speaker for multiple times (20-100 times).
Huh, that's so simple and yet so clever. I'm going to give it a try.
