its called the mara-a-lago face. right wing talking heads have to look increasingly like "male gaze" females, in order to be in positions like a fox talking head, or trumps inner circle. conservative voters dont like to see old bats.
If the "male gaze" is attracted to plastic duck lips and sunken eye sockets shaded in expensive bat shit, with foreheads like a full bag of curdled milk...

That doesn't make sense though, because most of those women are legitimately better looking before the surgery.
They were also younger. Doubt they'd look like that now (although still better than the puffy plastic faces they have).
Maybe as prostitutes, which they obviously became.
