I read the article / transcript, and I have no idea what this guy's point was supposed to be.

He does seem to keep coming back to "men need sex". And no, they don't.

They need food, water, air, a temperate climate, and protection from the elements. Probably a couple other things I'm not thinking of, but those are the things that men need.

Sex is not a requirement, no one owes anyone else sex, and this dude needs to be deplatformed.

Well I believe it's good for prostate health to "empty yourself" regularly, but a partner isn't required for that.
