I have personal experience with autism, so I know that the person in question is using misconception of autism as excuse for their misbehaviors. Although autistic people have problems with impairment of social skills, language skills, motor skills, or cognitive skills, autistic people in general lack intention to harm others. Autistic label does not allow you to break rules in Western countries because real autistic people are under greater punishment and monitoring for rule-breaking behaviors. The Western authority only allows rule-breaking behaviors by people with autistic label when they create the paranoid misconception that the rebellion by actual autistic people are indication that the autistic people are spoiled when the rebellion actually originated from self-defense from abusive authority.
Some Western schools like the Parkdale C.I. high school of Toronto, Canada, allows violence by a psychopath with stereotypical Aryan appearance against well-behaved autistic students in the autistic program in 2011. They claim that the psychopath can freely assault prospective disabled students, especially against Hong Kong immigrants, because that psychopath have the autistic diagnosis and do not know right from wrong. To further the illusion that they are caring for autistic students, they give highly disruptive accommodation that the autistic students do not need and many obviously toys and conforts that does nothing to alleviate the constant violence against autistic students.
The suspicious in this case is that the Parkdale school teachers and social workers had punished non-psychopathic autistic students for self-defense under the claim that self-defense is unprovoked violence. In their ableist double standard, they actively support bullying, harassment, violence against autistic students with no consequence no matter how disturbing the ableism are to other students. They always lied that self-defense by autistic students are unprovoked punishment and that pressuring to stop ableism are harassment.
The corrupted authority in the school had falsely reported that the autistic students engage in the same disruptive behaviors as the Aryan psychopath while hiding the disruptive behaviors of the psychopath itself to create paranoid fear and misconception of autism. The racist white Parkdale school authority allegedly can get away from this ableism because they use other students for the haraassment and violence against autistic students although they directly make false reports to scapegoat autistic students. They also have the support of the victim of Communism and the superintendent of that region of the city for their criminal acts and slanders.
I definitely see and understand your interpretation, but I think you're being unnecessarily harsh. 99 percent of the time, autistic spectrum disorder isn't used as an excuse, it's an explanation. It also feels like you're arguing on one hand, that autistic people "deserve" treatment and abuse, and on the second half of your comment, you say that they don't.
Edit: Nevermind, I reread your comment. My mistake.
