Your comment is very strange given that in just the last two weeks the UK has implemented some extremely authoritarian rights-stripping policies.

Yeah, that's why i said the uk isn't normally a role model. That's literally the first thing i said, even.

But UK is NOT doing that. Which is why everyone is confused why you'd bring it up in a conversation about NZ.

What are you talking about? I've been keenly following UK politics for about 15 years now and can't think of any examples off the top of my head.

John Prescott got a reputation but that's because someone threw an egg at him in the street so he punched the guy. Other than that I can't think of any famous examples of politicians fighting.
