I know that /r/communism has been run by Maoist mods for a long time, and I know that u/smokeuptheweed has absolute bonkers takes.
I wish we had an alternative to /r/communism on Reddit, but I guess we have to grow that here.
I only posted there once and got insta banned. My post was very mild, didn't say anything controversial one way or another. Asked the mods what I did wrong but no one replied.
Keep in mind that on such platforms (including on Lemmy) any mod can ban you if they disagree with what you say.
That's a shame.
