I mean, you can't blame Obama for that. If anything, it was mostly Europe and Angela Merkel's fault for wanting that sweet Russian energy.
Did you expect Obama to go against the whole world and attack Russia or something unilaterally? Would the US Congress even approve anything like that?
Europe is barely doing shit now to help Ukraine, and Ukraine is literally at war for its survival.
Europe is spending billions for Ukraine, building weapon factories there, taking in refugees, finding different distribution routes for grain, enforcing sanctions, training soldiers.
Now, yes. Don't act like they didn't drag their feet the entire way since 2014
