Let's just get rid of anyone who forces his existence and perveted ways in/to another person. Make the punishment eternal as far as human sentences go. Multiply a hundred when minors are involved. Multiply a thousand when someone makes an effort to normalize or decriminalize (both literally or by using money/power) this for the rest of soul ruiners.

I don't care what happens, how many different ideologies I experience or encounter. Its not property. Its not wealth. Its not system. This is a hard line. If anyone does this, you go. I don't care about culture, society, zeitgeist. As long as I live, if anyone disagrees you are my enemy.
