Why does my mic has this noise on the PC? (pomf2.lain.la)

This is just a cheap earphone with a mic (wired, not wireless), but it works ok without any noise on my phone, while using it on PC has this noise. It sounds like an electrical interference? Any ideas how to solve this, as OS mic options don't seem to make a difference?

Whenever I have had that sound, it's been a shitty connection. Make sure the plug is all the way in, and if it is try to pull it out like a millimeter or so. I feel stupid even writing that down, but it's helped me in the past.

Thanks for the reply. I just tried it, but no luck. I think kubica is probably right in that this is something internal
