I tried waiting to come out until the time was right, but it didn't work. I thought simply knowing who I was would be enough to sustain me, but it wouldn't. Not moving ahead in my transition when I could have was a near fatal mistake, so I hope you keep in mind that dysphoria has a way of wearing a person down more as you become more aware of it. I'm not saying you should come out when you're not ready or your environment isn't safe, but it's not realistic to think you can just tank the dysphoria like it's no big deal.

I haven't actually planned anything. This whole thing is still rather new to myself, and I'm not quite done figuring it all out.

Just wanted to make a quick meme out of it, using an all time classic. At the moment, I'm only moderately sure who this new me is even going to be.
