What makes me question that is the 8. The Lodge 8s I've seen have the top and bottom meeting at a point, like the 8 was drawn from a single line. This 8 is a pair of stacked ovals, which I haven't seen on a Lodge. Maybe I'm reading too much into it. ๐คทโโ๏ธ
the 3 notch heat ring along with the markings makes it consistent with a Lodge #8 skillet from the 1940's+

I can't make out what the 6 o'clock marking represents it if it's raised from the photo but my money is on a lodge.
