"I w-I went to Juilliard" lol he sounds so disappointed to be voicing a chicken.

edit i'm a huge fan of tudyk, maybe disappointed was the wrong word. more of a "sometimes you just have to laugh" tone. Also everyone needs to watch Resident Alien if you haven't already. I think season 4 dropped recently

Dude has had a legendary career and is universally loved. I doubt that was disappointment.

There's no way he's disappointed. Every time I see him talk about his work, he's elated. That's probably just clipped from something out of context.

I read that as just a quipy joke anyway. He seems to enjoy playing goofballs.

Dude is happy to play a hammy as shit thespian version of Clayface in "Harley quinn" as well. The character is basically an asinine send up of all things "actor." Im sure he's channeling some of his Julliard days in the role.

He already tends to add a bit of charming ham to most roles he's in. Its why I like him in most of his roles.

Dude got paid $300k to make chicken noises according to this source. I think that should be enough money for him to keep his arrogance on the shelf.
