Seems a bit ambitious considering the difficulty Cadillac had getting in to F1. I'd guess they dont serious aim for 2027 but it sounds better in marketing than 2029.

They probably will have a much easier time to get their proposal through. Kuwait is a Gulf State so the FIA president will probably strongly suggest to accept the offer. The Gulf States all share the same goal of using high profile sports to wash their reputation clean. And Kuwait has enough money to persuade anyone who has hesitations.

They are like siblings who hate each other but at the same time have each other's back.
