Yes but you can respond to the person being down voted, not a reply to that person. And for the record I didn't downvote them
A siesta is a multi hour thing though and those people work mornings and evenings. So the total work day is very long. It's mainly because during the day it was too hot to work.
I've found a 20-minute nap to be game changing, no matter your occupation or love for your job. It just works.
