Here's some starter ideas for you:

Delete the TLife app and quit trying to replace employees with it
Actually do something innovative and competitive instead of just being a "me too" with Verizon and AT&T
Secure your fucking servers... tired of having my data stolen from your service twice a year

I completely agree with you. About point 3 though, why the hell are you on T-Mobile Postpaid? I've been on prepaid for exactly this reason forever. They don't have any super sensitive data like Social Security numbers or IDs to leak.
